For Inglefied, the biggest difficulty is finding a donor. For this type of procedure, it is necessary to preserve the blood vessels.

During pregnancy, hormonal supplements would be implanted in patients to create a production similar to what happens during pregnancy.

There would still be the possibility of having a natural birth. According to the doctor, the narrow pelvis of trans women would not be the problem. However, the recommendation would be a cesarean section to bring the child into the world more safely and comfortably.
